500 gr bananas
2 tbsp olive oil
200 gr chickpeas
200 gr crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
2 L water
200 gr bananas
Keep cooking the same

Soak the chickpeas overnight or simply use the canned ones.
Heat the Dutch oven to medium-high and add the olive oil. Add the lamb, season with salt and pepper and brown it on every side.
Add the bones, chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, grated onion, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Top with water, bring to a simmer and let it cook for 1 hour.
Add the lentils, and continue cooking for 20 minutes, or until the lentils are soft
Serve with lemon, cilantro, parsley, dry figs and dry dates.
