2 cups plain flour
0.5 tbsp yeast
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
0.5 tbsp sachet baking powder
0.5 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 cups milk
0.5 tsp saffron
2 tbsp sesame seeds

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder and cardamom. Pulse a couple of seconds, until everything's mixed.
Add the oil and mix a couple of times, and now add 3 tbsp. milk. Continue mixing until you reach a stick dough.
Transfer to a working surface and knead for 5 minutes. Transfer to an oiled bowl and let it rise for 1 hour, or until it has doubled it's size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/392°F
Pour 2 tbsp. of warm milk in a bowl and add the saffron.
Divide the dough in 4 balls.
Lightly dust a surface and roll each ball into a 5 inches disc.
Arrange the discs in a baking tray, brush with the milk and saffron and add sesame seeds.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until brown on the edges.
