2 medium size pita breads
0.3 cups olive oil
3 halloumi slices
2 tsp sumac
0.5 Romaine Lettuce
0.5 cucumber, sliced
2 spring onions
0.5 cups parsley
0.3 cups mints
1 juice of lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp sumac
0.5 tsp powdered cinnamon

Using scissors, cut the pita breads in triangles.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet at a high temperature.
Fry the pita bread triangles until golden brown. Transfer to a dish with paper towels and remove excess grease.
Cook the halloumi slices until browned on both sides. Reserve.
Season the triangles with sumac, salt and pepper.
Chop the Romaine lettuce, English cucumber, Roma tomatoes and radishes.
In a bowl, combine all dressing ingredients.
Serve the salad by layering the veggies, topping with green onions, fresh herbs, halloumi slices, pita breads and the dressing.
