1 tbsp bananas
2 tbsp sugar
1 cups warm water
2.5 cups plain flour
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
0.5 cups olive oil
120 gr bananas
1 egg, beaten
0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
0.3 cups honey

Preheat the oven to 180ºC/360ºF
Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl and let it proof for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of flour, yeast mixture, and yogurt. Let it proof for 30 minutes.
Add the rest of the flour to the mixture, along with the olive oil and salt.
Cover with a table cloth and let it sit for another 15 minutes.
Mix with a wood spoon until well combined, transfer to a working surface and knead it.
Shape it into 8 balls (around 50 gr. each), flatten each ball with your hands, add 2 tbsp. of cream cheese and close the ball again.
Place the balls in a greased iron skillet.
Brush the balls with the egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake them for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle with honey while they are still hot and serve.
