1 cauliflower head
2 tbsp olive oil
0.3 cups tahini paste
2 tbsp juice of lemon
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp zaatar
Keep cooking the same

Preheat the oven to 200ºC/390ºF.
Bring a large pot of water to boil and place the cauliflower. Cook for 10 minutes.
Prepare a baking sheet with paper, drain and place the cauliflower.
Top with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bring to the oven and roast for 1 hour, or until browned.
Mix the tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder.
Serve the cauliflower with the tahini sauce and zaatar.
