120 gr sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp water
Keep cooking the same
1 / 1
Combine sesame seeds, sesame oil and salt in a blender and pulse. Process, adding the water progressively until smooth (you can add more or less water depending on the texture that you want to reach, if you will use the tahini in sauces or alone it’s best if it’s a bit runny, and if you want to keep it as base for cooking different dishes it can be thicker).
