50 ml olive oil
250 gr drained canned chickpeas
80 ml tahini paste
1 juice of lemon
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt

Process garlic and 2 tbsp. olive oil in a food processor until creamy, or until pieces are very small.
Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, a bit of olive oil, and salt. Pulse until smooth. Add the rest of the olive oil progressively until it gets creamy.
Serve with zaatar, chickpeas, parsley and olive oil.
