Carrots Salad with cumin

Salade de carottes au cumin

يُغلى الماء ويُضاف الجزر "المقشر والمقطّع إلى قطع بحجم 2 سم" في وعاء متوسط الحجم. نخفف الحرارة إلى متوسطة ونطهي الجزر حتى ينضج قليلاً وينضج، حوالي 10 إلى 20 دقيقة حسب حجم الجزر المفروم. صفيها ونغسلها بالماء البارد ونصفيها مرة أخرى. ثم نضعها جانبًا.

In a medium-sized pan, bring water to a boil and add the carrots “peeled and chopped into 2cm pieces”. Reduce the heat to medium and cook the carrots until lightly crisp and tender, about 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of your chopped carrots. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Set aside. 


Dans une casserole de taille moyenne, portez l'eau à ébullition et ajoutez les carottes pelées et coupées en morceaux de 2 cm. Réduisez le feu à moyen et faites cuire les carottes jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient légèrement croquantes et tendres, environ 10 à 20 minutes selon la taille de vos carottes coupées. Égouttez-les, rincez-les sous l'eau froide et égouttez-les à nouveau. Mettez de côté. 

 ننقل جميع مكونات التتبيلة في وعاء صغير ونقلبها حتى ناعمة. يُمزج الجزر المطبوخ مع الصلصة برفق.

In a small bowl, transfer all the dressing ingredients and stir until smooth. Gently combine the cooked carrots with the dressing. 


Dans un petit bol, transférez tous les ingrédients de la vinaigrette et remuez jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit homogène. Mélangez délicatement les carottes cuites avec la vinaigrette.

تذوق واضبط التوابل بالملح إذا لزم الأمر. نقدمه بمدار درجة حرارة الغرفة ونزينه بالبقدونس.

Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary. Serve at room temperature and garnish with parsley.  


Goûtez et rectifiez l'assaisonnement en ajoutant du sel si nécessaire. Servez à température ambiante et garnissez de persil.
