Broad Beans Tajine

Tajine de fèves

نضيف البهارات والكزبرة والثوم المفروم وزيت الزيتون و 300 ملم من الماء في الطاجن. يُطهى على نار عالية لمدة 10 دقائق.

In a casserole dish, add the spices, coriander, chopped garlic, olive oil and 3 dl of water. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.


Dans une cocotte, mettez les épices, la coriandre, l'ail haché, l'huile d'olive et 300 ml d'eau. Faites cuire à feu vif pendant 10 minutes.

نضيف الفول ومعجون الطماطم ومكعبات الطماطم والليمون المقطّع إلى أرباع ثم يُطهى على نار هادئة لمدة 20 دقيقة.

Add the broad beans, tomato paste, diced tomato and the quartered preserved lemon. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.


Ajoutez les fèves, la purée de tomate, la tomate en dés et le citron confit coupé en quatre. Faites cuire à feu doux pendant 20 minutes.

بعد رفعه عن النار يجب أن نتأكد من كون الفول طريّ داخل صلصة الطماطم.

The beans should be soft, in a smooth tomato sauce.


Les haricots doivent être tendres, dans une sauce tomate onctueuse.

و لتقديم الفول نضعه فى طبق ونزينه بقطع الليمون المخلل والكزبرة المقطعة.

Once the beans are done, transfer to a plate and decorate with the preserved lemon quarters. Garnish with chopped coriander.


Une fois les haricots cuits, les transférer dans une assiette et les décorer avec les quartiers de citron confit. Garnir de coriandre hachée.
