Minced Beef Kefta

Kefta de bœuf haché

نضيف اللحم البقري مع البهارات والبقدونس المفروم في وعاء كبير.

In a large bowl, add the beef together with the spices and chopped parsley.


Dans un grand bol, ajoutez le bœuf avec les épices et le persil haché.

تخلط جيدًا لتندمج ثم نأخذ ملعقة من الخليط ونشكلها كعود بطول 1.5x8 سم ونكرر ما سبق مع ما تبقى من الخليط.

Mix thoroughly to combine. Take a spoonful of mixture and shape it into a 1.5x8cm long stick. Repeat with the remaining mixture.


Mélangez bien pour combiner le tout. Prenez une cuillerée de mélange et façonnez-la en un bâtonnet de 1,5 x 8 cm de long. Répétez l'opération avec le reste du mélange.

تُشوى الكفتة حتى تنضج وتشوى جيدًا.

Grill the kefta until cooked through and nicely charred.


Faites griller le kefta jusqu'à ce qu'il soit cuit.

يقدم مع البقدونس المفروم والبصل الأحمر.

Serve with chopped parsley and red onion.
