3 cups boiling water
2 tbsp gunpowder tea
3 tbsp sugar
1 bouquet mint leaves

Add the gunpowder green tea to the Moroccan Tea Pot and cover with boiling water.
Let it soak for 1 minute and pour that liquid in a cup, this is called spirit. Reserve.
Add boiling water and stir the teapot a few times to clean the leaves, discard that liquid.
Add spirit, boiling water, sugar and mint. Close the tea pot and let it rest for 2 minutes. Serve in cups with more mint.
