  • 0.5 cups onions, FINELY CHOPPED

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 0.5 red bell pepper

  • 0.5 green bell pepper

  • 1 tomato, DICED

  • 250 gr crushed tomatoes

  • 4 eggs

  • 0.5 red onion

  • 0.3 cups chopped parsley

  • 0.3 cups chopped coriander
